Financial Aid
Upon request, PRAXIS can provide an individualized letter for students who wish to solicit donations for their trip from family and friends. In addition, participants may earn credit applicable to their trip by recruiting at least 9 other people. Ask our staff for more information!
"This trip was wonderful. I learned so much more than I was expecting. It was such an eye-opening experience to go out of the country and experience a new culture. I liked being able to interact with the people there, which is something that surprised me. When language was a barrier, hand gestures and facial expressions, laughing and smiling helped, and some of my high school Spanish started to come back. I loved talking with the translators and hearing their stories of the country they live in. The country was beautiful and exciting, and some things that people only get to see pictures of I got to experience.... I also loved that on the trip I got a chance to help people. The entire trip was a wonderful opportunity that I learned and experience so much from, and I am so glad I went."
