James Rising:
I'm a web developer living in Brazil. I graduated with a degree in philosophy and support myself finding the most interesting projects I can from infomatics. I've worked on many projects spaning politics, social networking, and art, and I'm coming to the World Social Forum to find the best people in the world to work with me! Claudia Gold:
Claudia is a graduate in political science from M.I.T. She's worked on projects related to human rights, anti-war, and union organizing and has been working with us for over a year. She currently lives in Rome.

Johanna Goetzel:
I am passionate about human intentions and believe that communication is one of our most valuable resources. I am inspired in part by the political environment of Washington D.C of where I was raised and now, traveling in Brazil, I am working to create more sustainable and just communities through exploring how personal and cultural identity are engendered. I am particularly interested in patterns of consumption of food throughout the world and endeavor to learn more about the importance of food and our interactions with it. I would love for you to join us in our projects and contribute your time, ideas, energy and love.
